Why a system

Consistency is the product.

You shouldn’t have to check whether the baseboards got done. A checklist means the answer is always yes, no matter which visit it is.

How the crew runs it

Four rules behind the list.

  • Same order, every room

Top to bottom, back to front. Dust falls before floors get done, so nothing gets cleaned twice or missed once.

  • Four cleaners in parallel

Each crew member owns zones of the checklist. The house gets done in hours, and every zone has one person accountable for it.

  • Environmentally preferred products

Safer for kids, pets and indoor air, without trading away results on grease, soap scum or hard water.

  • Lead inspection before sign-off

The crew lead walks the house against the list before anyone leaves. Anything missed is fixed on the spot, not next visit.

Put the list to work.

Square footage, rooms, how often. That’s all the estimator needs. Then one call locks in your crew and your day.
