Q.01 Will I get the same cleaners every time?
Yes. Recurring clients are assigned a crew and a weekday. Same faces, same order of work, so they learn your home and how you like it.
Q.02 Why is the first visit priced differently?
The first visit is a deep clean that brings the house up to our standard. After that, recurring visits maintain it, which is why they take less time and cost less.
Q.03 Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients give us a key or door code. We confirm the day before and lock up when the lead inspection is complete.
Q.04 What if I need to skip or reschedule?
Call the office during business hours, Monday to Friday 8 AM to 4 PM, and we will move your visit.
Q.05 Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. Crews arrive with environmentally preferred products and professional equipment. If you prefer a specific product in your home, we are happy to use it.
